The 1BZ(G) offset trailing heavy-duty disc harrow is designed for demanding field preparation, including crop-residue incorporation, breaking compacted surface layers, crushing and spreading straw, and preparing a firm, moisture-retaining seedbed. Its strong penetration makes it particularly suitable for heavy clay, uncultivated and weed-infested land.

A rigid welded square-tube frame provides structural strength for intensive work. Hydraulically raised pneumatic transport wheels make field-to-field movement easier, while the compact turning radius, straightforward adjustment and service-friendly construction help reduce downtime.

1BZ vs. 1BZ(G)

Choose the 1BZ(G) series for larger farms, heavier or stickier soils, land reclamation and other high-load applications that require larger discs, deeper working depth and a more robust frame. For routine residue cutting and secondary soil preparation with lower tractor power, the standard 1BZ series may be the more economical choice.
